This self-portrait features my beloved ultramarine blue coat. The teapot, once a gift from my mother to my grandmother with her first paycheck, holds a cherished place in my heart. Creating over multiple sessions, I aimed to preserve the fresh, direct feeling of an alla prima approach, despite the challenge of maintaining focus over time. Each layer adds depth, just as memories do.
